Meet the Director
Tim Denis, Director
As a director, Tim has been at the helm of How To Succeed In Business, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Art, God of Carnage, and The Invention of Romance here at Firehall Theatre. He has also directed Side By Side By Sondheim, The Cemetery Club, The Dinner Party, The Sisters Rosensweig, The Tale of the Allergist's Wife, and Jenny's House of Joy amongst many others for various theatre's across Ontario. With partner Bree McLean Roberts he co-directed Fiddler on the Roof, Nunsense 2, Meet Me In St. Louis, Toxic Avenger, and Cry Baby. Tim's acting credits include award winning roles in Victor/Victoria, Man of La Mancha, Talley's Folly, Art, I Do I Do, The Secret Garden, Later Life, Misery, Prisoner Of Second Avenue, The Odd Couple, and Eric Bogosian's Talk Radio. He was also a founding producer and director with the Lakeside Players in St. Catharines. His album Tim Denis and singles Fallin' and Heartache Hill were top ten hits in Canada. He was also a radio broadcaster for 48 years in Canada and the U.S.

This marks Charles's second collaboration with Tim Denis, having previously performed in Eric Bogosian's Talk Radio at the Hamilton Player's Guild, and by special request at the Centre for the Arts at Brock University, where he took on the dual roles of Chet and Kent. Charles can also be seen in the experimental series Follow Your Shadow, available on Tubi, and will be appearing this summer at the Hamilton Fringe Festival.

Victoria has been a familiar face on Niagara and Toronto stages for the past 40 years. This is her third Norm Foster show (previously seen in The Last Resort at Firehall and Sinners with Lakeside Players). Also for Firehall: The Drowsy Chaperone, Arsenic and Old Lace, Falsettos, Ruthless!, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and more. Other ventures: Film, television, internet radio, publishing, live bands, and event production.

This is Mira's first show with Firehall Theatre, and she couldn't be more excited! While she has been in shows such as Cinderella: The Panto, Peter Pan, Unnecessary Farce, and most recently, Who Made Who?, this is her first Norm Foster play she's had the privilege of being in. She is looking forward to bringing Heddy to life on stage!

Bradley is thrilled to finally be back on stage at Firehall Theatre! Bradley was last on stage in God of Carnage as Alan in 2023, but has worked both as an actor and behind the scenes in Welland, Port Colborne, Niagara Falls and Fort Erie. A lifelong resident of Niagara, Bradley is also a regular performer with local improv groups. He would like to thank his family, both at the theatre and at home, for their continued support.

Sam is back for his fourth production with Firehall Theatre, after The Woman In Black, The Drowsy Chaperone, and most recently, Stag and Doe. Sam is more than excited to take to the stage again with Norm Foster's Jupiter In July. When Sam isn't on the stage, he keeps his creative side sharp by playing Dungeons & Dragons and singing karaoke.

Scott has been extremely lucky to have graced more stages than he can count... and he taught mathsfor a living, so no small feat. Favourite roles have been in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, The Merchant of Venice, December Man, and The Foursome, to name just a few. When not on stage, Scott and his wife, Kristin, love to cruise the back roads of Niagara, sampling wine, enjoying live music, and exploring the gorgeous landscape of the region. Slainte!
